Comprehensive care for every stage of a woman’s life.
Women’s healthcare needs evolve throughout life, and having comprehensive gynecologic care means having support for both routine preventive health and concerns that arise along the way. Our Women’s Health & Gynecology services encompass prevention, screening, diagnosis, treatment, and ongoing management of reproductive and gynecologic health.
Preventive care may include annual wellness exams, Pap smears, breast health evaluations, and cancer screenings, as well as reproductive and sexual health services. We also provide birth control counseling and contraceptive management, family planning, pregnancy planning and fertility support, STI screening and treatment, and care through perimenopause and menopause.
For patients experiencing specific symptoms or concerns, care may include evaluation and treatment of menstrual disorders, pelvic pain, endometriosis, fibroids, ovarian cysts, PCOS, and other gynecologic conditions. When appropriate, minimally invasive gynecologic surgery may also be part of treatment.
Our goal is to provide ongoing, patient-centered care that supports early detection, informed decision-making, and overall quality of life as your healthcare needs change over time.

Regenerative care for intimate health and sexual wellness.
Vaginal rejuvenation with platelet-rich plasma, or PRP, is a regenerative treatment that uses a concentrated portion of a patient’s own blood platelets. PRP is injected into targeted vaginal or vulvar tissues with the goal of stimulating tissue repair and supporting collagen production.
The treatment begins by drawing a small amount of the patient’s blood. The sample is placed into a centrifuge, which separates the growth-factor-rich plasma from the other components of the blood. This concentrated plasma is then injected into targeted areas of vaginal or vulvar tissue.
Potential benefits may include improved vaginal lubrication, increased sensitivity or sexual response, greater tissue firmness, and support for mild urinary leakage in some patients. Because individual concerns and treatment goals vary, the potential benefits of PRP should be considered in the context of each patient’s needs.
The treatment is injectable, and common short-term effects may include temporary soreness, swelling, or bruising at the injection site.

Focused care for hormonal health, sexual wellness, and vitality.
Men’s health concerns such as changes in sexual function, libido, energy, or mood may be associated with testosterone levels or other underlying factors. Our Men’s Health & Testosterone Therapy services focus on evaluating these concerns and determining an appropriate path forward based on each patient’s symptoms and clinical findings.
Evaluation may include a detailed symptom review, physical examination, and blood testing to measure hormone levels. This allows the clinician to assess whether low testosterone, also known as hypogonadism, or another underlying issue may be contributing to the patient’s symptoms.
When testosterone replacement therapy is medically appropriate, treatment options may include injections, gels, patches, or pellets. Because hormone needs can vary from person to person, testosterone therapy is monitored over time through follow-up laboratory testing and clinical check-ins, allowing treatment and dosing to be adjusted when necessary.
Care may also address related concerns including erectile dysfunction, low libido, fatigue, mood changes, and metabolic health. Depending on the patient, treatment may incorporate medication alongside lifestyle guidance related to nutrition, exercise, sleep, and stress management. The overall goal is to support sexual function, energy, and quality of life while ensuring treatment remains medically appropriate and safely managed.

Personalized hormone therapy designed around your changing needs.
Bioidentical hormone therapy uses hormones that are chemically identical to hormones naturally produced by the human body. It is designed to help address symptoms associated with hormonal imbalance or declining hormone levels and is commonly used during perimenopause and menopause, as well as for low testosterone and other hormone-related conditions.
Depending on a patient’s individual needs, bioidentical hormone therapy may incorporate estrogen, progesterone, testosterone, or DHEA. Treatment is not limited to a single method of delivery; hormones may be available as pills, patches, creams, gels, injections, or pellets. Some hormone products are FDA-approved and commercially manufactured, while others may be custom-compounded by specialized pharmacies.
Hormonal changes can present differently from person to person. Potential benefits of treatment may include relief from symptoms such as hot flashes, night sweats, vaginal dryness, mood changes, sleep problems, and low libido. The appropriate hormone, dose, and method of administration depend on the individual patient.
Hormone therapy is not appropriate for everyone and requires individualized medical evaluation and ongoing monitoring. Risks vary depending on factors including the type and dose of hormone being used, the patient’s age, and individual medical history. For this reason, treatment should be supervised by a qualified healthcare professional and tailored to each patient rather than approached as a one-size-fits-all therapy.

Long-lasting hormone delivery for consistent, convenient treatment.
Hormone pellet therapy is a specific form of hormone replacement therapy that uses small, rice-sized pellets containing bioidentical hormones, most commonly estrogen or testosterone. The pellets are placed beneath the skin, typically around the hip or buttock area, where they gradually release hormones into the bloodstream over several months.
Pellet therapy may be considered for patients experiencing symptoms associated with hormonal imbalance or aging. These may include hot flashes and night sweats, fatigue or low energy, low libido, mood changes, brain fog, and sleep disturbances.
The insertion procedure is typically performed in a medical office using local anesthesia and takes only a few minutes. Once placed, pellets generally last approximately three to six months, although the duration can vary depending on the individual patient and prescribed hormone dose.
One potential benefit of pellet therapy is its ability to provide steady hormone delivery without requiring daily pills or creams. Like all forms of hormone therapy, however, pellets have potential risks and are not appropriate for every patient. Possible risks include acne, changes in hair growth, mood effects, infection at the insertion site, or excessive hormone levels. Certain medical histories may also affect whether hormone therapy is appropriate, making individualized evaluation an important part of treatment.
