With more than 23 years of diverse nursing experience across Emergency Medicine, Labor and Delivery, and Urgent Care, Lea brings a broad range of experience in both acute and specialized patient care. Today, her practice focuses on hormone optimization, healthy aging, sexual wellness, peptide therapy, and regenerative medicine for both men and women.

Guided by functional medicine principles, Lea takes an individualized, whole-person approach to care. She works to understand each patient’s unique health concerns and goals while incorporating current research and evidence-based medicine into personalized treatment plans. Her focus is not only on addressing immediate concerns, but also on supporting long-term health, vitality, and quality of life.

Lea’s commitment to continued learning allows her to remain current with advancements in hormone health, regenerative medicine, and wellness-focused care. She is dedicated to creating a collaborative patient experience in which individuals feel heard, informed, and actively involved in decisions about their health.

Dr. Elizabeth Tracy, MD

Lea Wood, APRN, MSN, AGNP-C

With more than 30 years of experience in women’s health, Dr. Tracy has cared for women through every stage of life, from pregnancy and comprehensive gynecologic care to menopause management and overall wellness. Her extensive clinical background includes comprehensive gynecologic care, pregnancy care, menopause management, and women’s wellness. While grounded in conventional medicine, Dr. Tracy has expanded her practice to incorporate a more integrative and personalized approach, with a focus on hormone optimization, sexual wellness, healthy aging, and overall quality of life.

Dr. Tracy is a certified Functional Medicine provider through the Kalish Institute and is affiliated with the Institute for Functional Medicine (IFM) and the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine (A4M). She is also certified in bioidentical hormone replacement therapy and PRP sexual wellness treatments for both men and women, allowing her to combine decades of medical experience with evolving approaches to preventive and personalized care.

She earned her bachelor’s degree in Chemistry from Lake Forest College and her medical degree from Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson Medical School. Dr. Tracy completed her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Long Island Jewish Medical Center before relocating to Southern California, where she established her longstanding OB/GYN practice.

Outside of medicine, Dr. Tracy enjoys hiking, traveling with her husband, and exploring art through oil painting. Her travels have taken her throughout Alaska, Europe, and French Polynesia, and many of her original paintings are displayed throughout the office.
